ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER


Reports to:

Senior/Community Manager.

Supervises:
All personnel in absence of the Community Manager.

Compensation:
Non-exempt/hourly. Bonuses are based on property performance and incentive plans as outlined by the regional manager/vice president.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

A minimum of a high school education as well as the ability to read and write English fluently and to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions are required.

Experience:

At least one-year of residential leasing and/or management experience is essential.

Skills:
The ability to communicate effectively with people and present a positive, professional image is key to your success. In addition you must have the following:

  • Excellent management and communication skills

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including dealing with
  • vendors and contractors

A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required.

Physical Requirements
The position requires the ability to physically inspect the property in its entirety,
to oversee any and all maintenance functions to assist with emergency measures as required, and the ability to withstand all weather conditions including temperatures in excess of 90 degrees.
