ITT Information Systems, a division of ITT Defense is seeking the following CBRNE talent:

CBRNE Scientists
Chemists
Subject Matter Experts (SME)
Military/Intelligence professionals
DNA Analysts

Backgrounds may include Chemistry, Chem/Bio, DNA Analysis, WMD/Weapons Technical Intelligence, Forensics Intelligence and Biometrics Intelligence, for multiple pending positions supporting our Intelligence Community customer.

Chemists, Lab Analysts and QA/QC teams will:

• Work independently to verify that laboratory operations are completed in accordance with Government-specified standard operating procedures and process
• Verify that analytic reports are technically sound and follow prescribed formatting guidelines
• Verify that data produced undergoes sufficient technical review
• Evaluate processes within analytic and lab procedures and provide guidance for improvements
• Conduct analysis of field samples using multiple analytical instrumentation to determine the presence/absence of target analytes

Subject Matter Experts and Policy teams will:

• Perform literature searches on state-of-the-art technologies
• Make recommendations to government staff on changes to existing policies and procedures
• Recommend agendas for working group meeting and conferences
• Create documentation (briefings, read ahead packages, minutes) to be used by government attendees at IC-level
  working groups
• Apply knowledge in their area of expertise to support operational decisions that must be made by government
  management and preparation of lesson plans and performance of mission rehearsal training

• Some positions will be located in Charlottesville, VA and some will be OCONUS (4 month rotations)
• Some positions may allow for NoVA/DC-based location with frequent travel to Charlottesville

Successful candidates must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information which requires US Citizenship. A current favorable Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI), is desirable.
