CHD Meridian Healthcare, the nation’s largest provider of directly contracted occupational healthcare centers, is seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner or Occupational Health Nurse to work at our on-site occupational health service center located in Jamestown, NY.

Utilize your knowledge of occupational health to perform examinations, assessments and treatment options in support of workplace safety and health goals and objectives. This role is both a hands on provider as well as a leader providing support and direction to other occupational staff.   

Current active NY licensure is required along with dedication to quality patient care and customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team based environment. Experience in occupational health, ACLS and BLS are strongly preferred.
